You gave up your career,

Your social life and your body.

Then came baby's first words.

"DADA".

I do not like April Fools Day! It is a ridiculous day set aside for people to do mean and dumb things to eachother under the disguise of tradition and being funny! I hate cruelty under any circumstances! Practical jokes are rarely funny, mostly they are just plain stupid.

I must say that it never ceases to amaze me how humans thrive on fear and chaos. Another scare about another threat to our technically dependent society. It doesn't matter what the medium is, there will always be people trying to take over, take control, assert their domination over others and there will always be people scrambling in fear of them. My question is so simple.

Hair, every once in a while I have a hair break down! Two years ago for some bizarre reason I lost patches of my hair. I swore when it grew back I would stop doing things to my hair. I imagined that it would grow super long, silky and glamorous (a reward for having to suffer the "fall out"). To make a long story short it did not!

How many times and in how many ways can it be said? A crisis, a crash, a melt-down, hitting bottom and sinking beyond that into a crater-like abyss, bankruptcy, foreclosure, be afraid, be afraid, be very afraid. The Sky is Falling! Or is it? Say it a couple of times - The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling! Did you feel it? The humming ripple of fear?
